About
Based in Kyabram. Building for businesses like yours.
ZWS Software & Consulting is Zac Surplice, plus a network of people brought in when a job needs them. You talk to the person who builds it.
Why ZWS exists
Regional service businesses get a raw deal from software. The big products are built for offices, priced for city margins, and supported by a call centre three time zones away. The alternative is usually a spreadsheet that started as a good idea in 2014.
ZWS sits in the gap: systems built around how a jobs-and-sites business actually runs, by someone who has worked inside one, priced so that starting small is realistic.
How we’re different
We fix the process before we automate it. Automating a bad process just makes the mess arrive faster. You own what we build: your data, your code, your accounts, documented and handed over. And we price in stages so you can prove the value before committing to the whole thing.
Who we build for
Field service and trades, engineering, irrigation and water, industrial and manufacturing, agriculture, wholesale, and professional services carrying too much admin.
Where we work
Based in Kyabram, working across regional Victoria
Being local means we can stand in your workshop when that is what the job needs. Most of the build work happens remotely, so distance is rarely the deciding factor.
