Before you ask

The questions everyone asks on the first call

We’re probably too small for this
If you have two people and one of them is drowning in paperwork, you’re the right size. Some of the best returns come from a small automation that takes a fortnight, not a system that takes six months. The audit tells you which one you actually need.
We already pay for software that’s supposed to do this
Then the first thing we’ll do is find out why it isn’t working. Often the answer is configuration or one missing integration, not a rebuild, and we’ll tell you that, even though it’s a much smaller job for us. Buying nothing is a legitimate outcome.
How long does it take?
A website is typically a few weeks. An automation or integration is often two to four. A full business system is staged over months, but you get something usable at the end of the first stage rather than waiting for the whole thing to land.
What does it cost?
Every job is quoted fixed-price after the audit, because quoting before we understand your process would be guessing. What we can promise is that you see the number in writing before anything starts, and the stages are sized so starting small is realistic.
What happens if you get hit by a bus?
Fair question, and the reason we hand over documentation, source code and account access as standard. Nothing we build is locked to us. If you ever want to take it elsewhere, you can, and we’ll help.
Do you only work with businesses near Kyabram?
