ZAPP: the operations dashboard, showing live job, billable, sales order, inventory and purchasing figures. Staff names obscured.

The problem

A service business at this size outgrows its tools quietly. Jobs start on paper in the field, get typed into a scheduling sheet in the office, then typed a third time into the accounting package. Nobody can say how many jobs are actually active, how much of last week was billable, which purchase orders are still open or which SKUs have dropped below minimum without opening four systems and asking three people. By the time the numbers arrive they describe a month that has already been paid for.

What we built

ZAPP replaces that chain with one system built around how the business actually works. Jobs run from enquiry through scheduling, time capture and invoicing. CRM and sales hold customers, sites and open sales orders. Supply chain covers purchasing, stock and minimum levels. People, assets, documents and safety and compliance sit alongside them, and the dashboard puts the numbers that matter on one screen: active jobs, billable hours this week against last, overdue jobs, new customers, SKUs below minimum, open purchase orders, billable versus unbillable by staff member, and jobs created over a rolling six months.

The result

One record per job, from the first phone call to the invoice. The office stops re-keying, and the questions that used to take three phone calls are answered on the dashboard before anyone picks one up.

ZAPP sits behind a login, so there is no public link on this page. Staff names and time-entry detail in the screenshot have been obscured.
