Tim Holden Plumbing

A plumbing website built for how plumbing customers actually behave: on a mobile, under pressure, choosing whoever is easiest to reach.

Tim Holden Plumbing home page with a call now bar, Qualified Plumber headline and a request a callback form
timholdenplumbing.com.au: the home page, with a call bar pinned above everything and a callback form in the hero.

The problem

Nearly every plumbing enquiry starts on a phone and most of them are urgent. A site that buries the number, loads slowly on a rural connection, or makes someone pinch-to-zoom a service list loses the job to whoever ranks next. In that moment nobody is comparing craftsmanship. They are comparing which number is easiest to tap.

What we built

The phone number is pinned to the top of every page as a tap-to-call bar, and a callback form sits in the hero for the people who cannot talk right now. Work is split into the three ways customers actually arrive: one-off repairs, renovations, and installations. Six service pages sit underneath for search. The objections that stop a stranger calling a tradesman are answered on the home page rather than an about page: emergency callouts, fully qualified and insured, and all work guaranteed to Australian Standards.

The result

A site that turns an urgent search into a phone call, and gives the customers who are not ready to ring a way to leave their number instead.
